Harajuku girls are based on the iconic style created by the teens in the town of Harajuku in Japan. It is a cartoonish fashion with bright colours and quirky accessories such as teddy bears, dummies, ear-hats etc. This funky look became known to the rest of the world, when Gwen Stefani used four Japanese American girls for backup dancers in various music videos and she called them Harajuku girls. These hostesses are great for events such as Comic Con, for that cartoonish character, or any popish Japanese themed event. Basically, if you’re looking for something off-beat, funky and fun, these are the ladies for you.
