For event planners & creative consultants

Consult on real event briefs - and earn on every booking that results.

Some Gigster clients don't want a list of quotes - they want an expert to shape their event. We assign those briefs to vetted independent consultants. You talk to the client under your own business name, curate the right talent from the marketplace, review every quote before the client sees it, and earn a 15% planning fee on each booking - disclosed to the client, never deducted from the talent.

Real briefs, assigned to you

No lead-chasing. When a client requests expert advice, Gigster assigns the brief to a consultant - concept, curation and quote review are yours to run.

You control what the client sees

Talent quote as normal, but every quote is held for your review first. Release only the ones you recommend - your judgement is the product.

Earn 15% per booking

Your planning fee is added to the client total and openly disclosed. The talent still receives 100% of their quote. Paid out after the event through the same protected flow as all Gigster payouts.

How it works

From brief to booking, in five steps.

1

A client asks for expert advice

Gigster assigns their brief to you. You get the full picture: event, date, budget, and what they’re dreaming of.

2

You shape the concept together

Talk to the client on the brief’s message thread - under your own business name.

3

You curate the talent

Search the whole Gigster marketplace and send the brief to the acts you’d recommend. Know an act that isn’t on Gigster yet? Introduce them with your personal link.

4

You review every quote first

Acts quote as normal, but quotes are held for you. Release the ones you stand behind; the rest simply expire.

5

The client books - you earn

Contract, payment and protection all run through Gigster. Your 15% planning fee is part of the total and paid out to you after the event.
