About
Marco Mentoor is a pianist, composer, arranger, and recording artist based in the Western Cape, with a track record of performing alongside internationally recognised artists including Kirk Whalum, Jonathan Butler, Donnie McClurkin, Israel Houghton and New Breed, and Kenny Thomas. Since beginning his musical career in the church at age 16, Marco has built a career spanning multiple continents. His experience includes four years performing with Afro D Ziac and touring through Israel, Dubai, and Namibia, while maintaining active involvement across the Western Cape's music scene. Currently, Marco works with established South African acts including Emo Adams & The Sean D Band, Dr Victor and Rasta Rebels, and artists from Pop Idols. His combination of instrumental skill, arrangement expertise, and collaborative experience makes him well-suited for corporate events, live performances, and studio work. Available for bookings across the Western Cape and beyond.
