Mel is an award-winning comedian and experienced corporate MC based in Cape Town, with a track record of commanding stages from intimate venues to major festivals. Her MC work spans corporate events, conferences, and comedy shows, where her energy and quick wit keep audiences engaged. Her comedy credentials include appearances on Comedy Central, Showmax, SABC2, SABC3's Comedy Showcase, and performances at the Cape Town and Joburg International Comedy Festivals, the Vodacom Funny Festival, and The Heavyweight Comedy Jam. She co-presented KFM's breakfast show alongside Nic Marais and previously worked as an award-nominated radio producer and presenter. Mel's rise was swift: just six weeks after her first open mic slot, she was performing to packed crowds at Spier Amphitheatre.
