SOUL SOLO was started in 2005 by Davina, a harpist, vocalist and songwriter with over 30 years of experience, offering elegant live harp music for weddings and special events in Cape Town. Her performances create a timeless atmosphere for ceremonies, receptions and luxury events, with the option of solo harp or harp with vocals for added emotion and depth. Trained in Switzerland and performing internationally across Europe, the USA, Israel and South Africa, Davina brings a rich musical background that blends classical refinement with heartfelt expression. Her repertoire includes classical favourites, modern love songs, Celtic melodies and original compositions, always thoughtfully selected to suit each moment and setting. Clients value her professionalism, reliability and ability to create a calm, beautiful and emotionally resonant atmosphere that enhances every part of the occasion. Davina won the ABIA Bride’s Choice Award in the Live Band/Musician category in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
