About
I speak about resilience because I have had to live it. My own journey through abuse, survival and rebuilding shaped my work, but I do not stand on a stage simply to retell my story. I use it to help people question the beliefs they have carried about themselves, their circumstances and what is still possible. I am a transformational speaker, author and senior operational leader in the GBV sector. My experience includes frontline survivor support, training, programme development and leading teams through emotionally demanding work. I speak on resilience, personal transformation, boundaries, courage and the human side of leadership. My style is honest, warm and direct. I want people to leave with more than a temporary emotional high. I want them to recognise what has been holding them back and feel ready to make a different choice. I am the author of My Journey My Way and The ABC of Healing, and I have contributed to conversations across national television, radio and print media.

WHO TOLD YOU THAT?
A perspective shifting keynote that challenges the stories, labels and beliefs that quietly shape our choices. Audiences leave questioning what they have accepted as truth and what could change if they chose differently.
BRAVE ENOUGH TO LIVE
Surviving is sometimes necessary, but it was never meant to become a permanent way of life. This keynote explores the courage it takes to move beyond survival, reclaim identity and begin living with intention.
THE HUMAN COST OF CHANGE
Organisations focus on strategy, targets and performance, but change is carried by people. This keynote helps leaders understand resistance, uncertainty and the emotional realities that determine whether change succeeds or fails.
